Cultural Night is coming up!
Thursday, September 24 from 5PM to 7:30 PM. We’re excited for our families to come together to celebrate an incredibly diverse community. We invite you to sign up to share your culture through performance, music, dance, poetry, singing, storytelling games and of course, every table gets to bring the food that represents their culture. Cultural nights have been an incredibly exciting moment to spark up curiosity and conversation about all the many cultural backgrounds represented in this community. Visibility matters! Auditions and Crew assignments are happening this week for Footloose! We’re soooo excited!!!

General Ensemble- Tuesday only rehearsals- 3-5pm

Featured Ensemble- Tuesday and Thursday rehearsals 3-5pm

Supporting and Principal Roles- Tuesday and Thursday rehearsals 3-5pm

Crews start in October but are being assigned now!
Crews include:
Hair and Makeup - Thursdays only (3- 5pm)
Set Design - Wednesdays only (3-4:30pm)
Backstage - Tues OR Thursday depending on cast
Lights and Sound - Tues OR Thursday depending on cast
Costuming - Tues & Thurs. depending on the week
Video and Editing - Tech week and performances only

Today the Stanley PTA presented departing principal Mr. Mangold a friendship bench to honor is 21 years at Stanley. The year he started gas was $2.50 a gallon, YouTube was six months old and Destiny's Child broke up.

The bench is placed outside the special education classrooms that are so near and dear to his heart. It was a small gesture by us to honor the big impact Mr. Mangold has had on Stanley Middle school for more than two decades. Thank you and good luck, Mr. Mangold!
