Dance With a Purpose Ministry of Dance Founder of DWAP- Coretta Ford-Walker. She's passionate about the power of praise and worship that's brought forth through dance.

DWAP uses God as the foundation in dance and focuses on setting the atmosphere for an outpouring of God's Glory. DWAP is available to minister for Worship Services, Church/Organization Conferences, Weddings, Holiday Celebrations, Business and Company Events, and any event that will welcome the art of the dance ministry. DWAP also offers Weekly dance classes for kids and adults, Workshop hosting, Dance Camp hosting, Dance and Worship Instructing for dance ministries, and "Developing a Dance Princess" Workshops geared to young girls ages 5-15.

I had a vision less than a week ago...acted on it and the end result left me speechless!! LoveYour Workshop was such a success that I am already planning the next one. I can do this all day everyday! Sometimes God will disrupt your plans to make sure HIS plan goes forth. His way is always PERFECT!!!!

Ministered to "I Can Only Imagine". Can you Imagine??? He leads...I follow! He pulls things out of me and in the end all I can say is "Really God"?!?! Sometimes I feel unqualified and inadequate...then he reminds me..."THAT'S WHY I CHOSE YOU"! I have the best dance partner ever...so glad he entrusts me to preach His word through dance!!! I truly see what this past year has been about!!!! A NEW SOUND...A NEW ASSIGNMENT!!! When you dance, you should feel but one thing. You should not feel the presence of an audience around you, or feel the stage beneath your feet. You should not feel the lights gleaming on yourself. You should not feel the beat of the music, or any music at all. You should only feel the presence of the Father smiling down on you saying: Well done, well done. (Matthew 25:23)

I have been approached numerous times to do an event for ladies and not just girls. I am so excited that the time has come. DWAP will host an event specifically for ladies desiring to know more about worshiping God through dance. No, you do not have to be a trained dancer! I don't want to just dance, I want to dance with HIS power! When I dance I want to see miracles, signs, and wonders! I am not pleased nor satisfied with a clap or a shout from the congregation...I am more concerned about healing taking place!!! Were chains broken when I went to war with my flag? Was someone REALLY delivered when I was led to look directly at them during the dance? Was someone healed when I touched them? Lord, I NEED more of you and less of me? There is enough entertainment going on (making people feel good).....but what is needed is your POWER!!!! I WANT IT..I NEED IT...YOUR POWER!

I absolutely love ministering through dance. God leaves me speechless every time!
