✨ Please help us welcome our newest instructor, Ang Darlene! ✨

We are excited to welcome Ang to the Paths to Restoration community. With a passion for mindful movement, healing, and holistic wellness, Ang brings an uplifting and heart-centered presence to every space she enters.

Teaching a variety of yoga formats locally, as well as offering group and private coaching programs, Ang is dedicated to helping students reconnect with themselves through movement, breath, restoration, and self-awareness. Her approach blends strength, softness, somatic awareness, and intentional healing practices to create experiences that are both empowering and grounding.

As a lifelong learner and wellness advocate, Ang is continually expanding her knowledge and evolving her practice to better serve her students and clients.
Her extensive training includes certifications as a 200hr RYT, 500hr YTT, Buti Yoga Advanced Instructor, Somatic Movement Practice Facilitator, Yoga Sculpt Practitioner, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra teacher, Integrative Life Coach, Access Consciousness Bars Practitioner, and Energy Healing Practitioner. She is also currently studying Yoga Therapy through MVP in Austin, TX.
