It’s taken us some time to find the words.
Over the past week, we’ve been grieving alongside our Foothill family, trying to make sense of a loss that has left an immeasurable space in our hearts.
Kendra was a cherished member of our community, and her absence will be felt for years to come. She was deeply loved, and she will never be forgotten.
As we continue to heal, our hearts remain especially with her sweet son. He will always be part of the Foothill family, and we will carry him with us—with love, tenderness, and unwavering support—for many years ahead.
If there’s one thing we hope comes from this heartbreak, it’s the reminder that none of us are meant to carry life’s heaviest burdens alone. Checking in on one another, asking for help, and extending compassion can make all the difference.
Kendra, thank you for being part of our story. We will honor your memory by loving your son fiercely and by continuing to build the kind of community where every family knows they belong.
