The year is 2006, Nintendo released the Wii, Italy won the World Cup and Taylor Swift released her first album. Now in 2026 the Dawson class of 2006 will be celebrating their 20 year reunion!

This spring we will be celebrating the retirement of two long time Dawson community members. Scott Schneider and George Moore will finish their last school year this May. Their impact on Dawson has been immeasurable and we will be sad to see them go! If you would like to share a memory or photo, please visit our bio to find the link!

Today we honor the founder of Dawson, Jerry Henderson.

He set out to create a school where students are deeply known, help to high expectations, and prepared for college and life beyond it.

We are always thankful for Jerry's vision for the Dawson School and our alumni who are proof of the schools mission.
