Established on May 14, 2014 in Rayne, Louisiana (as the Dynamic Dancing Diamonds of Rayne), our acro-majorette team has grown to become a well-respected organization now located in Lafayette, Louisiana. With minimal support, mostly from our coaches, parents, and sponsors, we have successfully built this small-town team into a force that can compete with the best across the nation. We don't just da

nce, we perform; and we don't just perform, we also entertain. With a future as bright as the most perfect diamond, we Rise and we Shine. "What time is it?" we say "It's Diamondtime!"

Every performance starts with practices like these. 💎 The long hours, repetition, corrections, and teamwork are what build confidence at practice and at events.

This Summer, our 💜 newbies are putting in the work as they prepare for their first event, and we're proud of how much they've already grown.

🚨 A hard truth about enrollment...

Many kids choosing to come from other organizations have grown comfortable with less.

They want less instruction and more breaks at practice. To be less about business and more social. Less discipline and more permission. Less structure and more freedom. Less accountability and more excuses. Less earning opportunities and more expecting them. Less US and more THEM.

Not everyone is built for a program that demands growth, consistency, and commitment—and that's okay.

So when someone decides they want to go back, there's no hard feelings. We'll gladly help lace up their shoes, hand them a bottle of water to go, and wish them the best on their journey. 🏃🏽‍♂️🏃🏽‍♀️👋🏾

We're not for everybody... and everybody isn't for us.
