12/30/2021: We tried to personally check in with as many families as we could last night. We counted more than half of our families evacuated and several more were packed up ready to leave if needed.

We created a GOFUNDME account to support any VQMA families and the community who may have lost their homes during the fire.

12/31/2021 UPDATE: We are continuing to reach out to our families as they return to their homes. Right now we have one family confirmed that they lost their home and everything in it. We also have two families that had their parent’s home destroyed and their sibling’s family’s house burned. We will continue to reach out and offer as much support as we can to our VQMA community!
