From September 2026 to May 2027, Class 56 will experience Greater Lafayette like never before. From a County Government Simulation with Tippecanoe County to behind-the-scenes tours of Greater Lafayette Career Academy and dozens of other local sites, participants gain a deeper understanding of the civic and nonprofit organizations that shape our community. This June, Kitty celebrates her 14th anniversary with Leadership Lafayette! Her vision and commitment have led us to our collaborative downtown home at MatchBOX, grown annual participation from 40 to 60 individuals, creatively sustained operations through a global pandemic, and thrived with continuous program improvement leading to more than 2,000 Alumni serving Greater Lafayette.
