🥋 Jason Statham trains BJJ. Not for a role… For life. Do you have a favorite Jason Statham movie? 🎥👇

At 57, Jason Statham is still putting in work on the BJJ mats—not because he has to, but because he understands the value of staying strong, capable, and sharp.

You’ve seen him in movies like The Transporter, Crank, The Expendables, Fast & Furious, The Meg, and Wrath of Man. But what many people may not realize is that his martial arts training goes far beyond preparing for movie roles.

Statham has been training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for more than 16 years and has earned his purple belt. 🥋

That’s what I respect about martial arts: it’s not just something you do for a few months to get in shape or prepare for a movie. Done right, it becomes a lifelong pursuit—building strength, discipline, confidence, resilience, and a warrior mindset.

Train for life. 💪🥋
