South Louisiana Community College Devalcourt Presidential Debate 2013.

The first ever presidental debate for South Louisiana Community College SGA President Devalcourt was held today April 24, 2013 at 1:30pm. SLCC TV was on hand and found that both candidates presented themselves and their platforms exceptionally well and wish them the best of luck. This presidential election is for the SLCC Student Government Devalcourt Campus as well as the New Iberia & Franklin sites. If you are a student eligible to vote on Joule in this election on April 25th & 26th we hope that you recognize the great privilege in having this right. The turn out of students for this event was great and insures that the role that the SGA plays in your student life will only stand the test of time and continue to grow. Whomever the victor maybe will surely continue to face difficult tasks as we continue to fine tune the merger of SLCC with the technical side. We look forward to the future of our College, as students get more involved in this process.
