This course focuses on helping clinicians create safer, nonjudgmental, and more inclusive spaces for neurodivergent clients to discuss relationships, sexuality, boundaries, and identity.
We’ll explore ethical assessment practices, co-occurring mental health concerns, and the impact of intersectionality, including gender identity, sexual orientation, and cultural background, on each person’s experience.
Because when clients feel understood instead of pathologized, therapy changes.

ERP is considered the gold-standard treatment for OCD, but its applications extend far beyond obsessive-compulsive disorders.
This training explores how ERP can be ethically and effectively applied across anxiety-related conditions while also addressing treatment-interfering behaviors, client avoidance, informed consent, and culturally responsive care.
We’ll also discuss important considerations when working with BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent populations, because evidence-based treatment should also be thoughtful, affirming, and adaptable to the individual sitting in front of us💛

Many clinicians were never taught how deeply neurodivergence can influence intimacy, communication, relationships, and sexual health.
This course explores how traits such as executive dysfunction, sensory sensitivities, emotional regulation differences, and social communication patterns may show up in relationships for individuals with ADHD and Autism.
Together, we’ll move beyond stereotypes and toward a more affirming, nuanced understanding of neurodivergent lived experiences—so clinicians can provide care that feels informed, respectful, and supportive. 💛

Many late-diagnosed autistic adults spent years adapting, masking, and forcing themselves to fit into environments that never truly supported their nervous systems.
They may appear successful, articulate, or socially capable on the outside, while privately struggling with exhaustion, overwhelm, and feeling deeply misunderstood.
As clinicians, continuing to learn about neurodiversity and adult autism matters. Looking beyond outdated stereotypes can completely change how we understand and support our clients.
