At our last meeting of the semester we met Mr. Nathan Carmichael, the owner/principal of Carmichael’s Honey, LLC. We learned many business & life lessons as Nathan told us his inspirational story of how he built his honey business from the ground up. A huge thank you to Nathan for sharing his story and advice to ULSHRM.

Join us as Nathan shares his personal journey to becoming a leading provider of raw and unfiltered honey to consumers by servicing over 2,000 retail stores nationwide, including but not limited to some of the largest retailers and distribution networks in the world. Meet the Spring 2026 Executive Board of UL SHRM💙

PRESIDENT - Brooklyn serves as the “face” and “voice” of the Chapter at meetings, leads communications with ASHRM, chapter advisor, and Executive Board, delegates tasks, sources speakers for meetings, oversees the initiatives of board members, and is the main contact for any questions, comments or concerns.

VICE PRESIDENT - Makenzie supports the president’s activities and commits to learning the president’s role in her absence. She helps plan and coordinate operations activities within the organization. This includes collaborating with the president regarding meetings, events, opportunities, and more. She’s also responsible for taking the place of any role that may need additional support.

MEETING MANAGER - Molly leads communications with guest speakers, ensuring they have all the information they need before arrival. She oversees all meetings, ensuring everything is organized before and during meetings.
