Est. in Dec 2001. We believe the MAGIC of childhood happens here! Gym Stars is a performance-based program that meets twice per week for one hour.

Our mission is to provide premier children's activity centers that fuel imagination and inspire dreams, while delivering the highest level of service and professionalism in our industry. These classes are for children ages 4-7 and are designed to be a fun introduction to gymnastics for every child. These classes meet once per week for one hour.For girls who want a more challenging and progressive class, we offer Gym Stars. Girls who attend this class will be working on skills and routines, which they will have the opportunity to show to their loved ones in a performance.Preschool Stars is our new and refreshed preschool program. This program strives to teach preschool concepts through gymnastics instruction. Current preschool classes are in the mornings.Our Preschool Open Play program is designed to help your little one get all their energy out. We have staff on hand to play with your little ones. Last weekend our A-League teams got to have fun in the gym watching a movie, eating snacks, playing games, and bonding before their first competition! 🤸‍♀️✨

With the fall season approaching we wanted to share some information on what our Girls X-League gymnastics program looks like! 🔥🤸‍♀️

X-League is one our most treasured programs to set our gymnasts up for future success, regardless of their commitment to the sport of gymnastics. It gives our gymnasts the opportunity to have a full gymnastics experience through fun, team-based, competitions allowing for more direction and goals than a typical recreational gymnastics class. 💪 Athletes learn full routines and get to perform those routines to friends and family! 🌟

The structure of X-League gives athletes the opportunity to learn lifelong lessons that can be applied outside of gymnastics such as kindness, determination, discipline, and resilience. 🏆

Xtreme Altitude is thrilled to welcome Tiffany Winton as our new USAG Head Coach! 🎉

Tiffany has coached gymnastics for over 20 years and has been involved in every level of the sport, right up through Elite competition. Along the way, she's developed a long list of successful athletes, including:

Team USA Trampoline & Tumbling athletes
College scholarship gymnasts
Multiple Level 10 national qualifiers — as recently as this past season

She's also a Level 10-rated judge and has been invited to share her expertise at high-level coaching clinics. 🔥

Tiffany is relocating to Northern Colorado from Texas, and she'll be leading our upper-level competitive athletes and helping guide the top end of our USAG program. Her experience developing gymnasts all the way to the national and collegiate level makes her a perfect fit to help our advancing athletes reach their goals.

Tom is one of the most accomplished coaches in American gymnastics, with a career that speaks for itself:

More than 10 Level 10 National Championship team titles
15 Junior and 7 Senior National Team members
5 Olympians: Raj Bhavsar, Chris Brooks, Asher Hong, Jonathan Horton, and Argentina's Nicolás Córdoba
9 Elite Team Cup Championships as Region 3 High Performance Director
4-time USA Gymnastics Junior Coach of the Year and 2011 Senior Coach of the Year
Assistant Coach for the 2012 U.S. Men's Olympic Team

As our new High Performance Director, Tom will work across both gyms to raise competitive standards, invest in coach education, and build healthy, sustainable programs for every athlete.

Bringing a coach of this caliber to Northern Colorado is exactly what Elevation Gym Nation is about; raising the bar for coaches and gymnasts at every one of our gyms. 🚀

X-Camp was so much fun! 🔥

Our gymnasts had the chance to work on their skills for the upcoming fall season while participating in challenges and games. We have loved seeing all the summer skill upgrades, fun challenge videos, and smiles from this camp and are looking forward to seeing these athletes crush it this season!
