Sometimes the most meaningful moments happen when no one is watching—or at least when you think no one is watching.

One of our teachers recently shared this special moment of Mrs. Dawn taking the time to teach a fellow staff member how to make paper flowers for a bulletin board, while Mrs. Paula quietly captured the moment from across the room.

It may seem like a simple gesture, but moments like this speak volumes. They remind us that a strong school community is built not only through the work we do for our students, but also through the way we support, encourage, teach, and pour into one another.

We are grateful for staff members like Mrs. Dawn and Mrs. Paula who demonstrate kindness and teamwork in the everyday moments.

The LeRosen Preparatory family is asking our school community to keep Mr. Bess and his loved ones in your thoughts as he remains in critical condition following an accident.

During this difficult and uncertain time, we are surrounding Mr. Bess and his family with love, strength, encouragement, and hope. We are wishing him continued strength and healing each day, wisdom and guidance for his medical team, and peace and comfort for his family and loved ones.

Mr. Bess is a valued member of our LeRosen family, and we want him and those closest to him to know that they are not walking through this alone. Our school community stands beside them with compassion, support, and hope for brighter days ahead.

We wrapped up our in-service with staff photos, final trainings, and preparations for the year ahead. Our team is equipped, united, and ready to serve our students with excellence!

Three days of connecting, learning, preparing, and growing together as we get ready to welcome our Eagles back for an amazing school year!

DAY 1 | Building the Team 🤝
We kicked off our in-service with staff introductions and team-building activities while reviewing our Staff Handbook. It was a great opportunity to connect, collaborate, and make sure we are all starting the year on the same page.

DAY 2 | Setting the Standard ⭐
Our staff worked together to create and understand the expectations that will guide us throughout the year. Every expectation centered around our school mantra:

From building relationships and maintaining consistency to accountability, encouragement, and high expectations, we are committed to creating an environment where every student has the opportunity to grow and succeed.
