Cory Williams took a chance on himself and became one of the first graduates from our Electrical program at our West Monroe, LA campus. His journey from a family business into a brand-new trade says a lot about what’s possible when you take a chance on yourself.

Our Electrical program provides hands-on training that helps turn curiosity about wiring, circuits, and troubleshooting into meaningful skills.

Today, Unitech Training Academy campuses and offices are closed in observance of Juneteenth.

Juneteenth commemorates June 19, 1865, the day enslaved people in Galveston, Texas, learned they were free, more than two years after the Emancipation Proclamation was issued. It is a day to reflect on the ongoing pursuit of freedom, equality, and opportunity in our nation.

At Unitech, we believe education creates opportunity. Every day, we are honored to help students develop new skills, pursue meaningful careers, and build brighter futures for themselves, their families, and their communities.

While there is still work to be done, Juneteenth reminds us how far we've come and challenges us to continue building communities where opportunity is within reach for everyone.

We welcome back students and staff on Monday, June 22nd.

All Unitech Training Academy campuses and offices will be closed tomorrow, Friday, June 19th, in honor of Juneteenth.

As we pause to recognize this important day, we reflect on the values of freedom and progress that continue to shape our communities and how Unitech strives to expand opportunities through education and empowering careers.
