Why the lack of transparency? Is it due to embarrassment (for using a $250 million fighter and a $500k missile to shoot down what may have simply been an Illinois-based balloon hobbyist club project)? Or is there more to the story? (Like how the description of the object closely matches that of the 'tic tac' UFO's from the 2004 Nimitz Carrier Group encounter and subsequent military encounters? Our guess is that it was NOT a 'tic tac' UFO - as those craft could easily out-maneuver the fighter AND missile....

Possibly a 'soft' or 'safe' step toward Disclosure? (Those guys from Harvard sure seem busy lately... i.e. physicist Avi Loeb featured in this article, but also astrophysicist Rudy Schild featured in the recent "Mothership in our solar system sending probes to Earth" coverage from this past week.) Lots of fun! 🙂
