We are ALWAYS learning and using our fine motor skills at Christ UMC Early Learning!!

From learning how to hold pencils, art projects, and cutting practice. Sometimes the kids' favorite toys practice fine motor skills and they don't even know it!!

Fine Motor Skills focus on building small-muscle strength, dexterity, and hand-eye coordination in the hands, fingers, and wrist.

Our teachers are working hard to get their classrooms ready for the AM preschool classes starting next week! 💙

🎉🎉 We still have openings in some of our classes if you are looking to enroll your child into our program.

Here are some highlights of our preschool program:
📌 Classes operate from 9:15-12noon
✏️ Themed based curriculum and play based learning
📍 Weekly Bible time

The Lambs (2's) had such a fun time at the "Zoo" this week!!

They learned all about different animals and where they lived.

Miss Jo even threw them a party today and asked them all to come dressed as a zoo animal! The teachers dressed up too! Ms Jo was a zebra, Ms Grace was a giraffe and Ms. Lyzz was the zoo keeper!

So much fun and learning is had everyday at Christ UMC Early Learning!

There are only a few weeks until our Half-Day Preschool program starts their 2026-27 school year and we have some openings in a few of our classes.

✏️Mom's Time Out (1-3 yrs old) Mondays or Wednesdays ~ 9:15am-11:45am
📍 Young Three's (must be 3 by 12/31/26) Tues/Thurs ~ 9:15am-11:55am
📌 3/4 B (3-4 yrs old) Tue/Thur~ 9:15am-11:55am

Our program includes:
☑️Age-appropriate activities and lessons
☑️Weekly Chapel lessons
☑️Safe and clean facilities
☑️Opportunities for socialization and friendship

This is how we've been keeping cool this summer at Christ UMC Early Learning!

We love water days!! Our Ducklings (1's) up to our Farm Hands(5's) each have a water day once a week!

Our summer campers go to Castaway Bay twice a week!!

Weather its the pool or a bucket of water, our kids are having a BLAST this summer!!
