How does nature inspire you?🌻🌱

Here at Sienna Ranch, we interpret the natural world in unique ways. Bird calls inspire melodies for new songs, and pinecones become a canvas for original creations!

🎨From making nature-based crafts to performing skits and songs, there are many opportunities for creative expression here at Sienna Ranch. This is why EXPRESSION is one of our five pillars!

☀️This pillar will be a prominent feature of our Session 1 classes through a variety of unique activities. For example, students will have the opportunity to make and dye wool yarn.

There are still a few open spots - and if your Session 1 class is full, go ahead and register for Session 2, 3 or 4 - registration is open for the entire year.

Make way for our clean up crew! 💪 Farm Hands and Equine Adventures campers help with cleaning our animals' pens as part of their deep dive into the daily life of our working ranch.

Another one of our 5 Core Pillars is Service: completing meaningful chores in these programs fosters respect for living creatures and personal responsibility. Of course there is lots of time for animal snuggles, too!

Check out this master of disguise! This praying mantis was discovered by some of our Summer Campers while hiking around the property. Did you know that praying mantises are the only insects that can turn their heads side to side and possess 3-D vision? They will wait to ambush their prey and can jump with extreme precision and agility, pinning their live prey down with the spikes on their legs. Praying mantises can be helpful to gardeners by eating beetles, crickets and grasshoppers; however, they are not picky and can also eat insects that are considered beneficial to gardeners, such as bees and butterflies.

We love having nature right in our backyard for kids to experience up close!

Summer Camp has begun! ☀️ We have a couple of last minute openings that are going to fill fast:

🐑 3rd-5th - Makers by Nature | Week 3 (June 15-19) - 1 spot

🐑 3rd-5th - Natural Adventures | Week 4 (June 22-26) - 1 spot

🐑1st-2nd - Farm Hands | Week 9 (July 27-31) - 1 spot

Our immersive week-long camps offer full day programming (9:00am – 3:00pm).

In Farm Hands Camp, kids dive into the daily life of our working ranch, caring for animals, cooking from the garden, and participating in ranch-themed games and crafts.

Our 3 unique Nature Camps (Makers by Nature, Natural Adventures and Survival in the Wild) spark creativity with natural crafts, hillside explorations, team building games, and exciting survival skills.

For horse enthusiasts, our Equine Adventures program provides hands-on experiences learning to ride while building confidence in the foundations of Natural Horsemanship. This camp is wait-list only right now—sign up for our newsletter via our website to receive updates about future equine camps during the school year.

What a week at Spring Break Camp at Sienna Ranch! Our campers spent the week exploring the outdoors, connecting with nature, caring for our animals and just enjoying the freedom that comes with being outside and unplugged.

Spring Break Camp starts next week! 🌼 We have lots of fun spring-themed activities planned for our Spring Break Campers and still have room for you to join us.

Campers in "Everything Ranch" get to do a little bit of everything: hiking, animal visits, woodshop and even archery.*

🐣 Sprouts Day Out: A special one-off 90 minute adventure at Sienna Ranch for young children and their caregiver! Together, you’ll explore the ranch, meet friendly farm animals, play in the garden, and gather for a cozy storybook circle time. This adult-and-child experience is the perfect introduction to Sienna Ranch programming.

🌼 Ranch Play: 1.5 hour weekly classes offer young children and their caregiver the chance to explore nature-based crafts, visit the garden, and interact with animals. NEW Sunday Class now available!
