This year, the Magnet Academy Showcase is coming closer to you. Each LPSS school that houses a Magnet Academy will host its own open house, giving families the opportunity to experience these programs where learning happens every day.

Families can step inside the academy, explore the campus, meet faculty, and see firsthand the specialized learning experiences and opportunities available to students. By bringing showcases directly to our schools and communities, families can get a clearer picture of what each academy offers and where their student could thrive.

Applications for the 2027-2028 school year open October 3.
