Students in Ms. Bias' Culinary Arts class acquired foundational knowledge of food safety protocols and successfully attained the Serve Safe Food Handler certification this semester. This industry-recognized credential is valid for three years and will be a valuable addition to students' resumes. Congratulations students!

IT IS ALMOST TIME!!!!!!! Our FFA greenhouse will open on Thursday, April 16th, at 8:00 a.m. I will (hopefully) be posting prices and a list of items by the end of the day today. It is on my to-do list!!! Share with all of your friends!
