So proud to recognize our Hospitality Hero this year as our Burnett Creek Elementary manager—Kat Hogan! ✨

Kat stepped into her role as a newer manager and has truly exceeded every expectation. Over this past year, she has grown tremendously—building confidence, strengthening her leadership, and consistently showing up with a positive, solution-focused attitude that lifts everyone around her.

Her dedication to her team, her willingness to jump in wherever needed, and her genuine care for the people she serves have not gone unnoticed. She has made such a meaningful impact at Burnett Creek, and it has been incredible to watch her development and success throughout the year.
