Our 8th grade students participated in a Mock Trial at the end of the school year. Working months on a case together as a team, they sharpened their debate, reasoning and public speaking skills!

Two of our students took the National Latin Exam in March and received Magna Cum Laude and Cum Laude awards! Optime!

Our Challenge A class (7th grade) wrapped up its study of biology today by performing dissections of cow eyeballs, a sheep heart, and a sheep brain! 👁 ❤️ 🧠

Challenge A students spend one semester researching different biology topics, sketching, and writing essays. They then practice the scientific method by participating in Science Fair. Second semester is spent studying human anatomy via the classical method — defining, drawing and labeling the body systems. Dissections are a fun way to cement everything we have learned this year.

We are a local homeschool group that meets weekly to cover 7 subjects, do art and science together and enjoy games to review what we have learned!

Our 7th grade class covers many subjects, including Latin. Meeting once a week for lessons and community time, the students then work from home the rest of the week to complete assignments. Contact us today for more information!!

Challenge A (7th grade) Science Fair was a success! Our amazing students spend several weeks practicing the Scientific Method while they research, experiment, record results, and present to their peers and a panel of judges.
