Our friends at Legacy Institute for Economic Attainment are hosting an upcoming Entrepreneurship opportunity for teens!

Registration for the Legacy Institute for Economic Attainment & Mccomb- Veazey Neighborhood Coterie 2022 Fall Cohort of the Youth Entrepreneurship Academy, beginning on October 20th, is now open for youth between the ages of 11-17 yrs old. Participants will learn the fundamentals of entrepreneurship and earn funds to launch their idea! Today's participants learned vital life skills in how to respond to cardiac emergencies as well as bullying situations. They enjoyed our guest speakers officer Craig Leblanc, Disability Advocate Jamie Cormier , Judge Ladricka Thierry , St. landry School Board member Mrs. Hazel Sias and Acadian Ambulance's Dijel! This class is for nonprofessionals (not nurses or doctors) who are needing and wanting to know how to respond in a cardiac situation. If you are a childcare worker, caregiver, nursing student, parent, teacher, etc. this class is for you!
