I love to bake!! Cookies aren't always the healthiest option, however, as with everything blance is key and sometimes it's ok to cheat, plus you're better off making from scratch then buying premade as you can control the ingredients put into them😘

I like my cookies soft and fluffy! Sometimes it's difficult to get them that way! Here are a few tips to get extra fluffy cookies!

🖤Use colder butter, room temp (not softend or
melted)

🖤Use colder dough! if you notice it's warm after the mixing process place your cookies balls on a sheet pan and pop it in the fridge for 10-15 min! This will help make them extra thick, the process is called flash freezing!

🖤Whatever flour you use make sure you measure it precisely and fluff it up before you measure it out! Avoid packing the flour down!

These tips should help get you nice fluffy cookies! This is the way😋🥰

Mental health awareness month is this month! Something we all have likely struggled with at one point or another! There are specific yoga poses that revolve around anxiety relief and mental health in general. Slowing down enough to just breathe makes all the difference in the world sometimes!

I put this quick flow together revolving around anxiety relief specific poses! Including👇

Take some time this month to stop to start! Find space to slow everything down and breathe! You don't have to be an asana pro to breath for an hour slowly moving through some postures to relive your mind of stress. Self care takes priority over everything!🖤✌️
