I had an excellent time a couple of weekends ago in Bellevue, WA. I learned a lot of new information about chocolate, got to talk to some really interesting chocolate makers, and brought back a lot of really unique chocolates for some upcoming tastings. Thanks to for putting on such an amazing event. I can’t wait until next year.

Honduras, Wampusirpi is my favorite region I've ever had in chocolate, so I couldn't be more excited to be serving this one from this summer.

Just received my biggest order of ever. 13 cases of chocolate bars.
1x Bachelors Hall, Jamaica
1x Guasare, Venezuela
1x Porcelana, Venezuela

1x Creole Gardens Milk, Haiti
1x Wild Berry Pop
6x Milk Old School

Looking forward to serving these and other chocolates at our tastings this summer.

These 3 from will be at my tastings over the next month or so.
The Peanut Butter Bar is to die for, tastes like a high end peanut butter cup without having any actual peanut butter in it. Instead it had freshly roasted peanuts ground and mixed in, so creamy and smooth.
The Whiskey bar is great to with a back end Bourbon finish.
Lastly the Orange Bourbon Pecan is a new flavor combination for me. It has crunchy pieces of pecan which has a very enjoyable flavor and texture while eating this bar.

Stoked to be serving again at my tastings. There's a reason I served them exclusively for a while.
