Hello Monday....and the start of a new adventure for the week. I have been challenging myself to get out more. Stricking a bit more balance. So happy I am having lunch with a dear friend that I have not seen for awhile, so lots to catch up on....enjoy your day my friends.

Good morning, I love taking my walk at sunrise, the autumn air this am was wonderful and the sky was really red....so we may have another storm brewing. But no matter what it is just another experience or call it an adventure, it is always however we perceive it.

With every day we have multiple choice points, our 1step is awareness how are we receiving these sense impressions are they being colored by our lens of perception? My goal for today is to bring forth more intentionality.
