This week at CPE, our Leadership Focus was Being Prepared. We believe great leaders are prepared! Being prepared means coming to school ready to learn, having the tools you need, knowing what is expected, and giving your best effort each day.

We are on a MISSION to collect GOOD data. Data drives instruction at CPE. This week our students will begin taking i-Ready Inform on Tuesday morning. This year, CPE is going to infinity and beyond!

Please use the map to determine which car rider line to join for dismissal each afternoon. There are three car rider lines, and the appropriate line will depend on your child’s grade level and whether they have older siblings at CPE.

Please review the map carefully before dismissal so you know which lane to use for your child.

🏫 How Will Your Child Get Home From School? 🚗🚌🚶

As we prepare for a safe and smooth dismissal each day, please review your child’s approved transportation plan.

🚶 Approved Walkers: This year, only students who meet the walker criteria will be placed on the walker list. A walker is a student who:
• Lives less than .1 miles from the school AND
• Does not have bus service available to their home

🚗 Car Riders: Students must be picked up through the car line and families must have an assigned car rider number. Car Numbers will be issued at Meet the Teacher.

🚌 Bus Riders: Students must be registered for bus transportation and should meet their assigned bus at the designated stop.

For the safety of all students, there will be no walk-up dismissal or walk-up student pickup.

Thank you for helping us keep dismissal safe and organized by:
✅ Staying in the car line for car pickup
✅ Meeting your child at the assigned bus stop
✅ Ensuring your child meets the requirements to be placed on the walker list

Kindergarten-5th Grade Meet the Teacher Monday,, August 10, 2026 from 3pm to 5pm. All students must have a completed returning student update or be fully registered to attend.

CERDEP (4K) Mandatory Orientation (1 hour- not a drop .in) Thursday, August 6, 2026 3pm or 4pm.
