You may have noticed something new along SR 47! ❤️🩶

Southmont Schools is proud to celebrate International STEM Accreditation across all four of our K–8 schools through STEM.org - an achievement that recognizes the incredible work happening every day at Southmont Jr. High School, Ladoga Elementary School, New Market Elementary School, and Walnut Elementary School.

This accreditation reflects years of intentional work by our teachers, staff, students, and community partners to create hands-on, real-world learning opportunities that build creativity, collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. From robotics and coding to agriculture, engineering, advanced manufacturing, and beyond, our students are gaining experiences that prepare them for wherever their futures may lead.

We’re incredibly proud of our students and staff - and we think this accomplishment is worth putting on a billboard!

Our annual Back to School Prayer will take place on Aug. 3rd after Back to School Night at 5:15 PM. We will meet at the flag pole in front of the school.

Students, families, staff, and community members are all welcome as we come together to pray for a safe, successful, and joy-filled school year.

💚💛 Meet the Ladoga Elementary Team! 💛💚

The countdown to the start of the school year is on, and we are so excited to introduce the incredible staff of Ladoga Elementary!

From our classroom teachers and instructional assistants to our office staff, cafeteria team, custodians, specials teachers, counselors, and support staff, every member of our team plays an important role in making LES a place where students feel safe, loved, challenged, and inspired to learn.

We are proud to have such a caring, dedicated, and talented group of people serving our students and families each day. Their passion, kindness, and commitment are what make Ladoga Elementary feel like family.

We can't wait to fill our hallways with smiling faces, exciting learning, and unforgettable memories. Here's to an incredible 2026–2027 school year!

We would love your help at the Ladoga Fish Fry! Our PTO is putting on an entire kids area! Bounce houses, games, and more!

Volunteers will supervise kids area and/or sell wristbands.
