🎓🐻 5th Grade Clap Out! 🐻🎓

Today, we celebrated a special Oso Grande tradition as we cheered on our incredible 5th graders during their Clap Out! Lined by students, staff, and families, our Grizzlies took one final walk through the halls that have been their home, soaking in the memories, friendships, and accomplishments of their elementary school journey.

We are so proud of all they have achieved and the leaders they have become. While it’s hard to say goodbye, we are excited to watch them take their next big step into middle school with confidence, courage, and kindness.

Congratulations, Class of 2026! Once a Grizzly, always a Grizzly. 💙💛

Today we celebrate an incredible milestone as we wish a heartfelt congratulations to Ms. Leong on her retirement!

For years, she has been a valued member of our school family, making a lasting impact on countless students, staff, and families through dedication, kindness, and unwavering commitment. The relationships built, lives touched, and memories created will continue to be felt for years to come.

While we will certainly miss seeing Ms. Leong each day, we are excited for this next chapter filled with new adventures, relaxation, and well-deserved opportunities to enjoy life’s special moments.

One of the best parts of being a principal is spending time with our amazing students! Today, I had the pleasure of sharing lunch with some of our outstanding Grizzlies. From funny stories to thoughtful conversations, this time together is always a highlight of my year.

Our students continue to impress me with their kindness, curiosity, and leadership. Thank you for making our school such a special place to learn and grow!
