It's move-in day at our student apartments! 🙌

Our team was on hand to help students settle into their new homes and kick off the semester. It's great to see both new and familiar faces back on campus.

Yesterday marked our final orientation before classes begin! 🌟

We were excited to welcome more than 60 students to campus and help them get ready for a successful start to the semester. Even Winnie stopped by to join in the fun! 🙌

Later, students learned that Winnie was actually LRCC President Cate, who shared an important message: focus on who you are, not how others see you, and don't be afraid to step outside your comfort zone. 💙

We can't wait to see what our students accomplish this year!

Our thoughts are with Charlie’s family and friends during this difficult time. Thank you, Charlie, for everything you’ve done for our community.

It is with profound sadness that we share the heartbreaking news that Charlie passed away on August 22nd after suffering catastrophic injuries from his August 4th accident. Despite every effort, his injuries were too severe, and he ultimately passed away from heart failure.
We are sincerely thankful to the entire team at Cleveland’s MetroHealth 5 West and to Nurse Brittany on 5 East. We are eternally grateful for the kindness, compassion, and care they showed Charlie.

Charlie is incredibly fortunate to have so many friends and family. To everyone who called, prayed, sent messages/cards, and surrounded Charlie with so much love and positive energy, we cannot thank you enough for being there for him and for us.

Once we have more information regarding services and how we will celebrate Charlie’s remarkable life, we will share those details.

Thank you for loving Charlie. ❤️

🎉 Yesterday, CCSNH Chancellor Mark Rubenstein presented the 2026 Chancellor’s Awards for Teaching and Service Excellence at LRCC.

🏅 Kayla Harper received the Chancellor’s Award for Teaching Excellence. Kayla is one of the driving forces behind the culinary program. From participating in PR opportunities to taking her students on field trips and competitions, she keeps students engaged while pushing them to excel. She makes culinary fun!

🌟 Christina Finemore was honored with the Chancellor’s Award for Service Excellence in recognition of her outstanding work with tutoring services and the library. She is a true team player, consistently collaborating with departments across campus to enhance student engagement and support services.
