🥊 BLOCK. REACT. COUNTER. REPEAT.

Simple drills. Real reactions. Better confidence.
Today’s focus: learning how to block incoming shots, stay composed, and fire back with the right counters. The goal isn’t just to know what to do — it’s to make those reactions feel natural when the pressure is on.
Whether you’re stepping on the mats for the first time or you’ve been training for years, these fundamentals never stop being important.

Build the reaction. Build the confidence. Build the skill. 🥊
