Guess who’s back, back again?
Anchor’s back - tell your friends! ⚓️💃🏼

As many of you know, it was my goal in Knoxville, Tennessee to open an in-person office and grow my coaching practice down South. But life has a beautiful way of guiding us where we’re needed most, and recent family developments have brought me back home to New Hampshire.

I’m excited to announce that I’ve reopened my original office on Lexington Drive in Laconia!

This space means a lot to me. I built it when I launched my coaching career in 2022 with the help of my now fiancé and biggest supporter, Matt. It served my Lakes Region community so well then, and I’m thrilled to return with even more tools, experience, and heart.

Since coming home in May, I’ve been:
✨ Revamping my website
✨ Launching an online portal for my Catalyst courses
✨ Crafting new programs
✨ And prepping to welcome new and returning clients into my refreshed office space!

For those of you outside the area (or who prefer the couch-to-coach experience 😉), virtual sessions are still available.

My Clarity Catalyst schooling is finally paid off and I got my certification!

I am so incredibly grateful for this gift of being a coach and helping to transform lives through mindset training.

There are 3 versions of the Catalyst program from Stanford:

Culture Catalyst - the OG 🙌 (Creativity in Business). This program is for companies and corporations who take mental health in the workplace seriously. 👩‍🏫👩🏻‍🏭🧑🏽‍💼👨🏾‍🔬👨🏼‍✈️👩🏻‍🍳👮🏿👷🏻

Insight for Life - for kids and teens. Which is still going strong in a NH community! 🧒🏻 👧🏼🧑🏽‍🦱👱‍♀️👦🏾

Clarity Catalyst - taught in a Life Coach setting to adults who are looking to uplevel their life to achieve goals. 🤱🏻👰🏽‍♀️🕺🏼👩‍❤️‍👨🏃🏿‍♂️🤵🏻‍♂️

A day in the life of a Life Coach…

🕷️ There was a spider in my tub this morning the size of a quarter.

☠️ I caught it in my “bug cup” and set it free outside while imagining my worst fear … this large spider is going to grab my finger, eat me whole, and spit out my bones!

😨 I start taking my shower and suddenly I turn towards the shower head and see that spider again. Only it’s as large as my ceiling and it’s staring at me with one eye the size of my shower head and now it’s talking!!! “You thought you got rid of me, huh!?”

😱 My body starts shaking and anxiety kicks in because now my sympathetic nervous system is kicking in. Fight, flight, or freeze.

🤣 Then I start laughing “Stop it, Fearful Fran!! This is ridiculous!! That spider is outside in a bush. It’s not going to suddenly reappear 100x larger and start talking. So SHUTUP!!!”

💃🏻 I put Fearful Frannie in the backseat and started focusing on something else. I took my shower without incident from that murderous spider, and am now going about my day without fear.

💁‍♀️ Moral of the story… you’re afraid of only what you allow your mind to believe is reality. Your intuition (heart, soul, gut) will always protect you and bring you back where peace lives. I call my fear Frannie because that is not who I want to be. I don’t want a spider to control whether or not I take a shower. I am in control of that. Naming your fears (aka the itty bitty sh*tty committee) helps us to disassociate from them allowing us to take back our power and control.
