Meet Laura Gang Gill, Director of Enrollment Management
With deep South Buffalo roots and a lifelong connection to Catholic education, Laura brings to Our Lady of Victory experience in admissions, advancement, family engagement, fundraising, communications, and community relations.
A proud alumna of St. Thomas Aquinas Elementary School and Nardin Academy, Laura’s connection to Catholic education has continued as both a mother of three incredible children and an education & marketing professional. Her experience spans Catholic preschool, elementary, and high school communities throughout Western New York and across the country, including schools within the Archdiocese of Washington and the Archdiocese of Los Angeles.
Throughout her career, Laura has been drawn to work that brings together leadership, education, community, and opportunity for children and families. She understands the trust families place in a school and believes every child deserves to be known, valued, supported, and encouraged to discover and share their individual gifts.
What excites Laura most about OLV is the strength of the entire campus - its history, faith, culture, leadership, resources, and extraordinary legacy of service. She sees Our Lady of Victory as more than a school, but as a community anchor and cultural beacon with the ability to create meaningful opportunities for children and families throughout Buffalo and Western New York.
As Director of Enrollment Management, Laura looks forward to welcoming families, strengthening community partnerships, expanding access to OLV, and sharing the remarkable Father Baker legacy with a new generation of Valiants. Welcome Ms. Laura!
Shine Together. Live Valiantly.
