Join us at The Well Belmar NJ on 10/11/26 for Whole Family CPR 🫀. This AHA Friends and Family CPR class marks our third collaborative event with The Well Community Collective. Our Friends and Family CPR class is a fun, hands-on way to learn essential skills for adults, children, and infants. This class is perfect for new parents, grandparents, uncles, aunts, siblings: the whole family! See what we did there ☺️.

October is National Sudden Cardiac Arrest Awareness Month. Sudden Cardiac Arrest is a leading cause of death in the United States, taking the lives of more than 356,000 people every year. This includes more than 23,000 people under the age of 18.

Sudden Cardiac Arrest is a life-threatening emergency that occurs when the heart suddenly stops beating. Left untreated, death will occur in minutes if the person does not get help right away. Survival depends on YOU calling 911, starting CPR, and using an AED (if available).

This coming Saturday, 10/10/26, we have all your BLS needs covered. If you like in person instructor led training, then sign up for our BLS initial or renewal from 1pm-5pm. If you’re more of a self paced, online training program person, we got you covered with our Heartcode BLS Skills Check from 530pm-7pm.
