Lakes Elementary PTA

Hey grown-ups, we need PTA board members for the upcoming year!

Lakes by-laws state you must be an approved volunteer in the school district.

All positions are a 1-year term and have a 2-year consecutive max at any one position.

Any approved volunteer nominated for a position and present to accept the nomination will be considered in the majority vote decision at the general mtg. May 7, 2026.

Did you or someone you know attend Lakes for at least 2 years and is attending post-secondary education?

Now it is time to apply for one of three(!) Lakes Elementary PTA $1,000 scholarships!

Fun craft night for the Lakes community!

Last Thursday we were hanging out at the Open House and many of you saw the vintage Lakes spirit wear we had on our table.

As advertised that night, we plan to raffle off several items during our FIRST general membership meeting of the year that will be held virtually (link to be posted closer to date) on Monday, October 14, 2024 at 6:30.

Each individual who has become a member of the Lakes Elementary PTA will be eligible for the raffle! Not a member yet? Joining does not obligate you to volunteer, but we would sure love it if we could get more people actively involved and joining our efforts!

Membership is less than a value meal at a fast food restaurant these days! $10 for an individual or $18 for two individuals In the same household!
