Lacey MakerSpace The Lacey MakerSpace is a community workshop providing access to tools and equipment. The Lacey MakerSpace is an innovation lab open to the public.

Work on projects, take classes, and collaborate with fellow makers. Find us on the campus of Saint Martin's University, and gain access to laser cutters, 3D printers, welders, vinyl cutters, woodshop, cnc machines, and more. Founded as a collaboration between the City of Lacey, Saint Martin's University, and the Thurston Economic Development Council Center for Business & Innovation, our goal is two-fold: to empower local innovators to create new products and businesses, and to teach hands-on skills on the latest fabrication technology. Create an Engraved Cutting Board – Free for Military Members & Families
Join us for a hands-on workshop where you'll learn how to design and engrave your very own custom cutting board! Whether you're new to digital design and laser cutters or looking to sharpen your skills, this class offers a great introduction to the craft.
