This post is also long overdue, but we are so excited to recognize Guadalupe Huerta-Acuchi, a recent Saint Martin’s University graduate! 🎓

She majored in Biology with a minor in Chemistry and served as President of the Biology Club for the 2024–2025 school year as well as President of the TriBeta Honor Society, after serving as Treasurer the year prior! Guadalupe aspires to become a neurosurgeon, and in her free time enjoys painting, crocheting, and learning about cars. 🧵🎨🏎️

We are very grateful for her incredible leadership and dedication, which has made a lasting impact on the Biology Club and the SMU community!

We also want to celebrate Zoey Coleman, a recent graduate of Saint Martin’s University! 🎓

Zoey double majored in Chemistry and Biology and served as the Treasurer of the Biology Club during the 2024–2025 school year, where her dedication and hard work helped make the year a success! She aspires to become a pediatric orthopedic physician scientist, and in her free time enjoys listening to music and watching shows. 🎶📺

We are so grateful for all that Zoey contributed to the biology club! 💚🌱

This post is long overdue, but we want to recognize Carla Kumher, who graduated from Saint Martin’s University this past spring! 🎓

She majored in Biology with a Chemistry minor and served as Vice President of the Biology Club during the 2024–2025 school year. Carla plans to pursue a career in medicine and, outside of academics, enjoys running and spending time with her family. Thank you, Carla, for your dedication and endless support in making biology club a success. We are so grateful for all you’ve done! 💚🌱

🌿🔬Hi everyone this post was made to highlight some of the amazing events we’ve held here at Saint Martin’s University for everyone interested in biology and science! Unfortunately, we did not update the instagram as we would have due to technical difficulties.

Nonetheless a huge THANK YOU to all the students, professors, and supporters who have joined us and helped make the Biology Club such a success during the 2024–2025 school year!! Sydney has accepted a position with Bluepearl Veterinary Partners emergency department and will attend veterinary technician school
