One in Three

One in Three One in Three is an organization here at the University of La Verne that is dedicated to raising awareness of dating abuse and sexual assault here on campus

One in Three adolescents will become a victim of dating abuse at one point in their lives. Our goal is to reach as many students as possible, educate them on the topic and provide any resources if they in fact need it. We will do this by holding events on campus such as seminars, information sessions, and other awareness bringing events.

In the United States April marks Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM). During SAAM activists raise awareness about sexual violence and educate communities and individuals on how to prevent it.

As most of you may or may not know, there was a sexual assault on campus. ULVPD and the University are conducting investigations. We would like to take this moment to let everyone know that we, One in Three, as an organization founded to stop this, will be conducting workshops and info nights in order to educate the entire campus on how to avoid these situations and what to do in case you are in a situation as such.

Big thanks to everyone who came out to the Krispy Kreme Fundraiser!!! We raised a total of $350 and are keeping $200 of it! The rest was to pay for the doughnuts!
