1. Song of the Week is - Don't Give Up on Me by Andy Grammer and R3HAB.


2. We are starting a weekly challenge. We want kids to draw a chalk obstacle course and video themselves doing it to send in for Cub News along with pictures and other videos of them. 4. Parade – We are going to have a School Parade April 30th at 11:00 am. Teachers will line Center Street in front of the school between 11:00 – 11:30. Drive, honk and wave, as you drive by, we can’t wait to see you.


5. Chrome Book drop off will be May 18th, 19th, 20th. We will give you more information at a later date.

KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION
Must be 5 by Sept. 1st 2020.
a. Register ONLINE anytime at
b. Call and make an appointment to bring your future students Birth Certificate and Immunization Records to the school for us to copy. (The appointments will start Monday May 4th) .
c. Come to the school and sign required documents and we will copy Birth Certificate and Immunization records. (We will have you stay in your car and we will run out).

(2 Hour) Delayed school start for ALL SCHOOLS today - February 21, 2019

There will be no AM kindergarten districtwide. PM kindergarten will begin at its normal time.

This means that the buses will run their routes two hours later than their regular pickup time and buses may not be able to go up some steep hills in areas.

A little quiet over here?

That's because we have changed all of our parent communication and updates to BLOOMZ! Parents make sure you are signed up and attached to your child's class. We love that this is a "one-stop-shop" for ALL of our communication needs! We post regularly about great things happening, your teacher can contact you and vise versa AND we will be setting up SEP's soon through it as well! If you have questions about how to get on or get attached to your child's class, please let us know! We are happy to help!!!

Wow! We are at 385,000 pop tops and counting! Thank you to all the schools that participated with us! If you have the clear orange juice containers, we could definitely use more!!! Way to synergize!!!

Our La Verkin Cub Choir performs TONIGHT at 7:00 pm at the Hurricane Community Center. They are performing for the Hurricane Valley Christmas Tree Festival!
