A couple of Sundays ago, we held our annual Career Day at MBA. A dozen presenters, most of them alumni, gave students a wide variety of career options from which they chose four to attend. It was amazing to see their curiosity and enthusiasm awaken to new possibilities, and we are sure that what they’ve learned will impact their future decisions. A highlight of the day was a “fireside chat” interview with class of 2004 MBA graduate Jeff Tatarchuk, co-founder and Chief Growth Officer for TensorWave, a billion-dollar AI cloud computing company. The students heard from Jeff as well as the others how God has led in their life and career decisions. MBA students have a bright future ahead of them.

Come along as Hazel shares another inspiring message in this edition of “Voices of Faith.”

We all experience moments of exhaustion and feeling overwhelmed along life’s journey, but we can take comfort in Matthew 11:28: “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”

Let’s use this Home Leave as an opportunity to draw closer to God and truly rest in His presence.

Last week, our girls’ volleyball team attended the annual PUC volleyball tournament. It was a great opportunity for our students to see old friends and make new ones, in addition to enjoying playing the sport they love with some friendly competition and a lot of energy. They came back home full of great stories, and we cannot wait to hear all of them! This is all part of the MBA experience, and if you want to know more about it, check the link in our bio!

Every journey starts somewhere, but we think the best ones start right here at MBA. Soon enough, the seasons will shift and the Class of ’27 will walk the stage on Graduation Day. But right now, we’re just getting started on a year chocked full of unforgettable memories.

Romans 12:1 is a call to ‘present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship.’

Music is one of the many ways we connect with God and express our faith in worship, and it is a major part of the experience MBA offers its students.

It is inspiring to see their deep desire to honor God with their lives and to witness how MBA’s worship culture is making a lasting impact. Watching their love for God expressed so openly through praise reminds us all to approach Him with open hearts.

If this message encouraged you today, take a moment to share it with someone who might need a little extra inspiration!

The music God created for us to enjoy brings out deep feelings and emotions, connects us to special memories, and draws us into a deeper connection with Him. 🎼

At MBA, music surrounds us every single day and is part of the daily routine for most of our students. Some of us have that one special song that, whenever it plays, speaks directly to our hearts. 🤍

There’s a particular song we’ve shared here that brings us back to one special moment in the life of our recent MBA graduates. Can you guess the song? Watch the full acoustic video on our YouTube channel!
