We have another Cavalier to recognize with a Student Spotlight this week. Audri was recommended by one of her teachers because "Audri is an asset to the classroom. She is always willing to share her thoughts and contributes meaningful ideas to the class discussions. Audri works well with her classmates and consistently demonstrates kindness, respect, and a positive attitude."

We're working this year to ensure that even more of our amazing Cavaliers are recognized for their hard work and accomplishments. We've asked our faculty and staff to nominate students for Student Spotlights. The first is Grey. One of his teachers wrote that "Grey is a great representation of a student-athlete. He maintains excellent grades alongside a busy athletic schedule, both inside and outside of school sports. As a student, he maintains a solid work ethic, and he has a cooperative, easy going personality."

This weeks Feel Good Friday is Mr Lazzarotto!! Mr Lazzarotto has started his first year as LPHS athletic director, but has been seen for many years as our past Freshman football coach. As stepping up into this new role he has only shown improvements and advancements throughout all of our athletics. His knowledge of sports and background in this specific career has left all of our athletes, coaches and students in safe hands and I don’t think we could be any more grateful for him this year. Thank you for all that you do Mr. Lazzarotto and we are excited to see all that you do for our athletics this upcoming year!!
