Bishop Amat Memorial High School Welcome to the official page for Bishop Amat Memorial High School It is accredited by the Western Catholic Educational Association (WCEA).

Bishop Amat Memorial High School is a four-year co-educational Archdiocesan Catholic high school. WCEA accredits Catholic elementary and secondary schools in nine western states (26 archdioceses) and the US Territory of Guam. WCEA co-accredits and is in partnership with three Regional agencies (WASC, NAAS, NCA CASI) and two private agencies (CAIS and HAIS). WCEA began in 1957 in San Francisco and

has a long and successful history of assisting school improvement through the accreditation process. Bishop Amat High School is also accredited to offer the International Baccalureate Diploma Programme. The Diploma Programme for students aged 16 to 19 is a demanding two-year curriculum leading to final examinations and a qualification that is welcomed by leading universities around the world.

After a little time away, Extravaganza is back—and we’re bringing Mardi Gras to Amat! 💜💚💛

Parents, grab your friends, get dressed up, and join us for a night to enjoy great food, music, dancing, and good company—all while getting to know more of the amazing families that make up the Amat community.

All Amat parents are invited to attend Back-to-School Night on Wednesday, September 9, starting at 6:00pm. Parents will follow their student’s schedule and have the opportunity to meet all of their teachers and learn about the course and class expectations.

Prior to Back-to-School Night, Family Ministry will be hosting a Parent Prayer Service in the library starting at 5:30pm. All families are invited to attend.

If possible, parents are asked to bring a copy of their student’s schedule to follow for the evening. Office personnel will be present to print out schedules, if needed.

Get ready to shine at our annual Amat’s Got Talent Show!

This is your chance to showcase your unique talents—whether it’s dance, comedy, instrumental music, singing, or something totally original!

Auditions will be held on Tuesday, September 8 in the Theater. The top performers will compete for the grade prize of $100!

This year’s show will take place on Friday, September 25 at 6pm during our Bishop Amat Football 🏈 bi-week. That means EVERYONE can come out to audition and support!

We ask that freshman who wish to attend bring at least one parent/guardian. Students attending will receive one hour towards Christian Service and parents will receive one parent hour per family.
