Blessed Lambs Preschool Blessed Lambs Preschool is a part time Christian preschool program for children ages 2-4 years. The We use state approved curricula in each of our programs.

Blessed Lambs Preschool is an MSDE Accredited program and has achieved the highest rating of level 5 in the Maryland Excels Program.

Blessed Lambs Preschool is hiring!!

We are looking for a loving and energetic teacher for our 3 year old program. The program is part time on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Applicants, at a minimum, must have successfully completed 6 semester hours, 90 clock hours or their equivalent of approved training, or hold the Child Development Associate Credential (an AA or BS in early childhood education is preferred). Applicants must have also completed either 1 year experience working under supervision working primarily with preschool children in a licensed center OR 1 year of college OR a combination of college and experience to equal 1 year. It’s Teacher Appreciation week and the staff at Blessed Lambs Preschool have been treated to lots of goodies including this awesome sign made by one of the parents and a pizza lunch from another parent!

Blessed Lambs is indeed blessed! To have such caring and devoted teachers who treat these small children as if they were their own, is just one of the amazing aspects of Blessed Lambs Preschool!

So, on behalf of the La Plata UMC Preschool Board of Advisors, we give a HUGE thanks to the teachers and all they do!!!
