Good morning! Just a reminder for parents at LPE (I’m sure Rosland too) the parking lot is NOT a drop off!! It’s to park & walk your kids or watch them walk. The drop off line is for drop off & not to get out & walk your kid or hold the door open. Have a great day!

POLAR EXPRESS PAJAMA PARTY MOVIE NIGHT

All LPE and Rosland students and families are invited to join us for a special showing of The Polar Express.

Friday, December 12
Doors open at 5:30 PM
Movie starts at 6:00 PM
Free for LPE and Rosland families

Come in your pajamas and bring your blankets and stuffies.
Pizza, popcorn, candy, holiday treats, and hot chocolate will be available to purchase.

We hope to see you there for a fun and memorable family night.

Put on your walking shoes or helmets, and get moving to jump-start your school day! 🤩

On June 2, 4 and 6, La Pine Elementary School will host a Walk & Roll Challenge to inspire all students and families to walk, bike or otherwise roll to and from school during this spring weather. We’ve designated gathering spots near our school where you can start and end each day.

Participating students will receive cool memorabilia, like reflective stickers, comic books, coloring sheets, and bookmarks. They also can sign up for a grand prize drawing – a pack containing a beanie, shoe laces and more. The winner of the Walk & Roll prize pack also will be drawn on the final morning.

Walk & Roll groups will meet at the following locations on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, June 2, 4 and 6.
✨ Victory Way & Putney Lane – Meet on northwest corner, near the La Pine Activity Center, departing approximately 7:15 a.m.
✨ Third Street & Huntington Road – Meet on southeast corner, departing approximately 7:20 a.m.
✨ Preble Way & Finley Butte Road – Meet on southeast corner, departing approximately 7:10 a.m.

Families are encouraged to continue walking and rolling through the remainder of the school year and beyond. 🤩

Happening tomorrow night at La Pine Elementary! Hope to see you there!

Join us at La Pine Elementary tomorrow, Wednesday, night for a fun science night!

🥳We will be there, out front, serving up some of our delicious sweet or savory Donut Dot specials, in case you want dessert or missed dinner!😋

We love these events that the schools put on because it is an extra chance for our kids to learn new and exciting things, while having so much fun! We also get a chance to discover new places in our area that have other opportunities to learn and have fun!

So, if you are a student or family of a student in one of the south county schools, please check this event out!
