La Mirada High School Alumni Kelly Brooks, Stu Betti and Daniel Briones. A blast to the past as this photo was taken at our teammates Ryan Martin's funeral a couple of years ago!
Let us not forget our teammate Ryan Martin. I first met Ryan on the La Mirada Kings football team. Eventually we would play together again on the 1984 football team. I wish Ryan could have been there when our team was inducted into the Hall of Fame.

Congratulations to Paul Yniguez for being inducted into the La Mirada High School football Hall of Fame. Paul was an instrumental part of our football team.
Paul Yniguez was one of the many Neff students to go to La Mirada HS in 1981. Way to go Paul!

La Mirada vs Fullerton 1984 CIF Central Conference finals. Unfortunately, we were upset and suffered our only loss at home in the four years that we played at La Mirada stadium.
43-4 record in the four years we played together. A special thanks to all of our amazing fans!

Kelly Brooks making another long gainer against Santiago Cavaliers in 1984. Kelly played hard and with power and speed finished the season with multiple solid games. Season accolades include 1st Team All Suburban League RB, 1st Team All Southeast section and 1st All Whittier Daily News Team! 1250 yards rushing and multiple key blocks.....

Stu Betti scrambling for big yards against Santa Fe! The team leader and Hall of Fame QB. Betti averaged three TD passes per game. His throws were always on target! Honors Suburban Back of the year in 1984, 1st Team All Suburban League, 1st Team All Whittier Daily News and 1st Team All Southeast section.
