What if?… What if the best way to take notes was to paint and draw all over them? Exploring Art students learned the Procedures & Expectations in the Art Studio by messing up all the doodled notes I took for them! Great work ! I bet this way to ‘go over the syllabus’ is something that we’ve rarely done before.

Parents don’t usually get to see the exhibits in our gallery hallway, which we’ve named the , so I’ll try to show what we’ve worked so hard on here. It will also be on our digital gallery at http://www.jtms.art. Art 8 students worked with and to create these studies of and . This is a lesson we haven’t done in this way before. We studied this very traditional style because of the results of our student survey asking what and how they want to learn this year. I am so glad I asked: students, you blow me away. Your artwork is amazing. Well done younglings!
