JCS Manzanita is a TK-12 Charter School. JCS Manzanita serves students in grades TK through 12th. We offer three unique programs.
We encourage students & parents to partner with us in learning, giving students the opportunity to develop self-confidence as they understand their own strengths and weaknesses and become self-directed learners. In our Elementary and Middle Academies, students attend four days a week, with Friday as a learn-at-home day. While in the Home Study program, a student learns at home under the guidance

Congratulations to the our Academy students who had perfect attendance this year! We had 54 students with perfect attendance and of those students, 38 participated in a special ceremony hosted by California Senator Akilah Weber-Pierson at SeaWorld with a special appearance from the California Secretary of State, Shirley Weber. Students and a parent enjoyed a day at SeaWorld after the ceremony.

We were honored as a California Distinguished School to have our photo taken with State Superintendent Tony Thurmond.
