Tonight, we recognize a remarkable group of seniors whose dedication, leadership, and passion have left a lasting mark on our band program. Through early mornings, long rehearsals, late-night performances, and everything in between, they’ve led by example—both on and off the field.

Their commitment has helped shape the culture and spirit of the LJ Band this season, inspiring the next generation of student musicians to carry the legacy forward.

Last night’s achievement was the result of countless hours of hard work and dedication from our students, pushed and prepared daily by our incredible band staff.

Special thanks to the parents who motivated from home, the directors who inspired in the band hall, and our administration who supported every step along the way.

But above all, the recognition goes to our hardworking students—you never gave up, and we couldn’t be prouder.

Tonight, our students give it everything they’ve got at the UIL Pigskin Jubilee Classic – Region 15 West Zone at La Joya ISD Stadium.

The first band takes the field at 7:00 PM.
Our Coyote Band steps off at 9:15 PM.

As we prepare to take the field, we wanted to give you a behind-the-scenes look at what our students experience before every performance.

From the moment they step off the bus to the moment they step onto the field, here’s a sneak peek into the preparation, focus, and teamwork that goes into every show.
