1. Contact Lens Pose 👁️ Lying on your back, legs and arms lifted, block squeezed between your hands. Hold 30-45 sec, 3 rounds. (It’s called contact lens pose because your eyes might pop out of your head. You’re welcome.)

2. Figure 4 Crunch 15-20 reps each side, 3 rounds. Your obliques will have feelings about this.

3. Dolphin Plank 🐬 15 reps, 3 rounds. A classic for a reason.

We are beyond excited to officially welcome sisters Carla & Marial Limon as our newest FlowLIFT Master Trainers! After years of dedication, practice, leadership, and passion for the method, they’ve reached this incredible milestone and are now certified to train and certify future FlowLIFT teachers throughout Mexico.

Based in Mexico City and León, they are helping lead the next generation of instructors and expanding the FlowLIFT movement across the country in a powerful way. This is a huge achievement — not only for Carla & Marial, but for the entire FlowLIFT community.

MEXICO CITY. We came, we moved, we certified. 🇲🇽🔥

This weekend we flew to CDMX and left with 14 newly certified FlowLIFT instructors and 2 Master Trainers! — and our hearts absolutely full. Thank you to every single person who came out for the Friday night class and to everyone who gave us 8 hours of their Saturday learning how to teach the most fun and effective workout around. You showed up and you showed OUT.

A massive, love-filled thank you to Carla and Marial Limón for making this trip seamless, warm, and unforgettable — we couldn’t have done it without you. And to Fitsi Gym Interlomas for opening your doors and giving us the most perfect space to make it all happen. 🙏

The full FlowLIFT class is a 45-minute sweat fest… but we get it, not everyone’s got that kind of time. That’s why we made XpressLIFT (25 min) and LIFT15 (15 min) — quick, efficient, and still so worth it.

Because home workouts sometimes need to be fast… but they should always hit 💪
