This last weekend, the mighty brothers of old ZΓ’s versus the feeble new beefed out their feuds in a few 11 versus 11 scrimmages in Ramona. Strategy was the name of the game and campers survived the rushees (at least most of the time) behind paint-ridden barricades.

The Alpha Epsilon pledge class marks history in our chapter because it is the biggest pledge class we have ever recruited. Shoutout to our VP of Recruitment Luke Byrnes for his hard work and making this rush our most successful yet!

Recently initiated active, Brother Hajhassan has been spending this summer in Los Angeles for his internship at Slate PR, an esteemed public relations agency in Hollywood. When he’s not working from the office or red carpet, he’s checking out LA’s hotspots like the Louis Vuitton Exhibition. We love seeing our brothers thrive in their line of work!

[Rhatigan in Ireland]
For our next summer spotlight, we wanted to highlight Brother Rhatigan’s adventures. This summer, he has been abroad in Dublin, Ireland assisting in research to diagnose concussions through the use of a cutting edge biotech device and various methods of machine learning. He got to meet up with Brother McCormick, and, he even met the legendary Conor McGregor. What an amazing experience! @ Dublin, Ireland

[Traveling Brother]
Happy summer! To start our summer series, we first wanted to highlight brother Winokur on his travels. He started in Israel through the Birthright program where he got the opportunity to explore all of Israel to learn about his ancestors for 10 days. Then he went to Paris to see the historical landmarks he had learned about in school, like the Eiffel Tower. Lastly, he had the chance to go to Istanbul and meet up with brother Açıkalın. We are so proud of our brothers going out of their comfort zones and seeing more of the world!

[2nd Annual Beta Toast]
The UCSD chapter held our 2nd Annual Beta Toast, where brothers, including alumni, celebrate the wonderful year Zeta Gamma had. This is also the time where the Beta, Theta, Pi, and Brother of the Year awards are given to brothers for their outstanding achievements in Beta. This year, Brother Aleshire won the Beta award, Brother Lakshmipathy won the Theta award, Brother Rhatigan won the Pi award, and Brother Mann won the Brother of the Year award. [Beta All Star Weekend 2019]
Yesterday, the Zeta Gamma chapter held our annual basketball tournament philanthropy called Beta All Star Weekend, where we raise money and awareness for the Challenged Athletes Foundation. This organization supports athletes with physical disabilities who want to pursue their athletic dreams, and we could not be more proud to support their cause.
